Catfish John hosted a "live" music radio show on KUFM radio at the University of Montana for over ten years ('80-'91). The music on this CD is taken from these shows and ranges from blues and jug band music to folk and string band styles. Each week Catfish and his guests would cook up a collection of tunes to play that would keep your toes a tappin'. On this album mandolin, dobro, fiddle, banjo, and fingerstle guitar are featured.
